What web site should I use for maps or directions?

There are plenty of great sites that can give you exact directions from point A to point B. Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, and Mapquest are the most popular.

While they are all helpful, Google maps is a DGpick. One of Google Maps' most helpful features is that it will allow you to plot your route and then drag the route to get on or avoid certain streets or areas.

Google Maps also features a live traffic feature, which will allow you to check the traffic on your route before you leave and is usually pretty accurate.

The satellite view is great for spying on your neighbors or checking to see if your gutters need cleaning. (Note, we're just joking. The satellite view is NOT live.)
